Free webinar, Fri 30 Oct, 7 pm WAT — Stop losing money on international payments: a live walk-through with Storspay’s CTO
A US$1,000 invoice rarely arrives as US$1,000. In 45 minutes, Bhavneesh Goyal shows freelancers paid from abroad exactly where the money goes — and how to keep more of it. Free, live, with Q&A.

Friday 30 October 2026 · 7:00 pm WAT · 9:00 pm EAT · 2:00 pm ET · 45 minutes + Q&A · online (the join link arrives by email once you register)
If clients in the US, UK, Europe or Canada pay you, you already know the feeling: the invoice says US$1,000, the bank says something less, and nobody can tell you exactly where the difference went. On Friday 30 October at 7 pm WAT we are running a free 45-minute session that answers that question with a live account on screen — no slides-only pitch.
What you will learn
- Read the true cost of a payment. The three places an international invoice loses value — the sender’s bank, the correspondent chain and the conversion — and how to see each one before the money moves.
- Invoice with account details in your own name. How to give a client USD, GBP or EUR account details that carry your business name, so you are paid like a local supplier instead of through a wire.
- Decide when to hold and when to convert. Why holding USD or EUR until you need local currency changes what you keep, and how a same-day cash-out to your bank or mobile money works in practice.
- Cash out without a wire. The 2% all-in route from your Storspay balance to your local bank or mobile money, shown end to end on a real account.
Your speaker

Bhavneesh Goyal is Storspay’s Chief Technology Officer and the engineer who built the platform — eight-plus years of payment, compliance and marketplace systems used by more than 10,000 professionals. He will walk through a freelancer account live: what happens to a US$1,000 invoice from the moment a client pays to the moment it lands in your bank or mobile money.
